Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Cremation Process?
Cremation is the rapid breakdown of organic material, the body, through heat and fire. The resultant cremains allows part of your pet to remain with you always. The cost of the cremation process is based on answers to 2 questions:
  1. What is the weight of your pet?
  2. Which cremation option have you selected?
When will I receive the cremains back
Unless you requested a priority cremation our turn around time is 3-7 days.

Is it a good idea to pre-plan or wait till my pet has died?
Pre-planning is less stressful and advised. We understand it is a subject you just don't want to think about. Just like in humans we never know when "that day" will happen. You will be less emotional and not stress out if you pre-plan. Our staff will answer your questions and concerns and take care of your pet with gentle and caring compassion at all times.
